This policy explains how your data is used and collected by the website of Lynn Mangan LLC (“Company”), which is www.lynnmangan.com (“Site”). By using the Site, you are consenting to Company’s use of your personal information and data as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended.
“Services” or “Service” within this document includes but is not limited to the coaching and other services offered by Company.
Personal Information” within this document means any information that is publicly accessible via the Internet or voluntarily given by the user to Company, including but not limited to a username, password, email address, city, telephone number, or other information you desire to provide Company.

Company’s servers are in the United States. Accordingly, if you reside outside the U.S., by using the Services, you agree that your Personal Information will be transferred to the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to Company’s facilities, and those third parties with whom Company shares information with as described in this Privacy Policy.
USE AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Company collects information a user has voluntarily made publicly available via the Internet in order to facilitate the provision of Services to the user. Company may present some of this collected and analyzed information on the Company website or on its mobile application in a manner that does not personally identify a user. Company may also share this collected and analyzed information with third party partners in a manner that does not personally identify a user. Company does not collect or analyze non-public information from private networks unless Company receives authorization to collect and analyze such information.
Information Collected upon Registration: If you desire to become a registered user of Company and desire to have access to the Services of Company, you will be required to submit Personal Information.
Log Data: Log Data is certain personally non-identifiable information Company automatically receives when you interact with the Site or use the Company Services. This Log Data is collected passively and may include your:

Online Tracking: Online tracking technology enables website operators to collect information about consumers as they move across websites and other online services. Most browsers incorporate “do not track” (DNT) features in their privacy settings. When enabled, a DNT signal or request informs a website operator that the visitor does not wish to be tracked online. Company is currently designed only for tracking movement within the Site. Company does not honor DNT requests and does not treat visitors who make DNT requests differently from visitors who do not make DNT requests. Company also does not differentiate between visitors who make DNT requests and visitors who do not make such requests, when it comes to the collection or usage of information. There are no third parties that conduct online tracking on the Site.

If Company becomes aware a person under the age of 13 has provided Company with Personal Information, Company will delete such information and the user from its files.
