This policy explains how your data is used and collected by the website of Lynn Mangan LLC (“Company”), which is (“Site”). By using the Site, you are consenting to Company’s use of your personal information and data as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended.


“Services” or “Service” within this document includes but is not limited to the coaching and other services offered by Company. 


Personal Information” within this document means any information that is publicly accessible via the Internet or voluntarily given by the user to Company, including but not limited to a username, password, email address, city, telephone number, or other information you desire to provide Company.


“Site” means the Company website.


Company’s servers are in the United States. Accordingly, if you reside outside the U.S., by using the Services, you agree that your Personal Information will be transferred to the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to Company’s facilities, and those third parties with whom Company shares information with as described in this Privacy Policy.




Company collects information a user has voluntarily made publicly available via the Internet in order to facilitate the provision of Services to the user. Company may present some of this collected and analyzed information on the Company website or on its mobile application in a manner that does not personally identify a user. Company may also share this collected and analyzed information with third party partners in a manner that does not personally identify a user. Company does not collect or analyze non-public information from private networks unless Company receives authorization to collect and analyze such information.


Information Collected upon Registration: If you desire to become a registered user of Company and desire to have access to the Services of Company, you will be required to submit Personal Information.


Log Data: Log Data is certain personally non-identifiable information Company automatically receives when you interact with the Site or use the Company Services. This Log Data is collected passively and may include your:


  •  IP address,


  • browser type or domain from which you are visiting,


  • site pages you visit,


  • search terms you use, and


  • any advertisements on which you click.


If you are accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider, the IP address may be different every time you log on to the Internet. Company uses Log Data to provide for the technical administration of the Services. Company does not associate your IP address with any other Personal Information to identify you personally unless Company is asked to comply with subpoena or legal demand, or Company suspects that there has been a violation of its policies, its Terms of Service and/or applicable law.


Online Tracking: Online tracking technology enables website operators to collect information about consumers as they move across websites and other online services. Most browsers incorporate “do not track” (DNT) features in their privacy settings. When enabled, a DNT signal or request informs a website operator that the visitor does not wish to be tracked online. Company is currently designed only for tracking movement within the Site. Company does not honor DNT requests and does not treat visitors who make DNT requests differently from visitors who do not make DNT requests. Company also does not differentiate between visitors who make DNT requests and visitors who do not make such requests, when it comes to the collection or usage of information. There are no third parties that conduct online tracking on the Site.


Cookies: Like many websites and services, Company also uses “cookie” technology to collect additional Site usage data and to improve the Site and Services. A cookie is a small data file that Company transfers to your computer. There are two general types of cookies, session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie is erased after the browser is closed. A persistent cookie is stored on your computer until it expires or is deleted. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You can instruct your browser, by editing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you to accept a cookies before you visit a website. If a browser is set to reject cookies, a user may not experience the full functionality of the Site. Company does not use cookies to collect Personal Information. Company’s cookies only collect information with respect to your actions on the Site. Company may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with the Site and its Services, to monitor aggregate usage by its users, to monitor web traffic routing on the Site, and to improve the Site and Services.



Company uses Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Company will use Personal Information in order to:


  • provide you with access to and use of Company’s Services;


  • help us improve the content and functionality of the Site and Services; and


  • better understand Company’s users.


If you contact Company by email through the Services, Company may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence. Company may use your email address, and any information that you provide in your message, in order to respond to your email in an effective manner. In addition, Company may use your contact information to market new services or products of Company or any of Company’s partners. Please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications if at any time, you decide that you no longer wish to receive marketing information or communication from Company.


Company may also conduct research on user demographics, interests, behaviors, and any other information based on the Personal Information provided to Company. This is to better understand and serve the users of Company. The research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and Company may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, business partners, agents, and advertisers. The aggregate information will not identify a user personally. Company may also use aggregate information to describe its Services with current or prospective business partners and to a third party for other lawful purposes.




Company considers your information to be an important part of the relationship between you and Company. However, there may be certain circumstances in which Company may share Personal Information with certain third parties without further notice to you. These circumstances are set forth below.

Company engages certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to Company, including without limitation, hosting, maintenance, customer relationship, database storage, and information management. Company will share Personal Information with these third parties to only the extent necessary for them to function and provide their services.


Partners. From time to time, Company may partner with third parties to improve your Company experiences. Please be aware that the privacy policy of such partners will govern their use of your Personal Information and not this Privacy Policy.


In connection with the operation, promotion, advertising or marketing of Company’s services, Company may provide certain of Company’s partners with Personal Information and other content or information related to you or provide certain of our partners with access to our application programming interface (API) in order to access such information using information already in their possession.


Please note: each time Company provides any of your Personal Information to its partners, Company only provides publicly available or viewable information that is in your Company profile, at the time the information is provided to the partner.


Business Transfers. Company may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.


Disclosures for Legal Purposes. Company may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary in order to:


  • comply with a legal obligation;


  • protect and defend the rights or property of Company;


  • protect the personal safety of Company users or the public; or

Company is very concerned about the security of your Personal Information. Company employs administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Please note, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Company will make any legally-required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored Personal Information to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient manner possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.




Company’s Site contain links to other websites. This is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of Company’s affiliation with that third party. Company does not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data, or solicit personally identifiable information from you. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use and disclosure of personal identifiable information you may submit to them. Company encourages you to read the privacy policy and terms of use of any third party that is linked to the Site or that you may visit.




If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided Company with Personal Information without the parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact Company. Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If Company becomes aware a person under the age of 13 has provided Company with Personal Information, Company will delete such information and the user from its files. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Site. Company encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information via the Services without their permission.





The Services and Company’s business may change from time to time. As a result, it may be necessary for Company to update, change, or alter this Privacy Policy. Company may update or change this Privacy Policy without prior notice, at any time. Company will notify you of any material changes to the Privacy Policy by posting a new Privacy Policy on the Site or it will notify you via email. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Services after any updates, changes, or alterations to this Privacy Policy constitute your consent and agreement to those updates, changes, or alterations.  You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly.
